HERE'S THE PLAN
We're psyched to introduce you to an exclusive six-week-long total-body fitness plan! This plan includes a strategic mix of strength and conditioning workouts each one focusing on a different full body workout. Think of these cardio and strength routines as building blocks for bigger and better workouts. That's because your daily workout assignments will build in intensity over the course of six weeks, so you'll constantly challenge your muscles in new ways. And because no day is exactly the same, you'll never get bored. Sore, yes, very likely. Bored? Not a chance.
Along with getting your butt kicked in the gym Percision Nutrition ProCoach Debbie will be taking you though her Kick Start Lifestyle Nutrition program. Yum Yum!
