DETROIT THRIVE Athletic Training: Our Eight Week Athletic Development and Sports Performance Programs offer an innovative approach to training used to develop fundamental skills necessary to be a great athlete. The program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, olympic lifting, explosive power development, body weight functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
